會議宗旨

「AI 人工智慧學習與基礎應用實務論壇」以建立正確的人工智慧理解為出發點，回應近年 AI 技術快速普及、但實務認知落差日益擴大的現象。 本論壇不以高深演算法或單一工具操作為核心，而是聚焦於 AI 的基本概念、運作邏輯與可實際應用的入門方向，協助參與者在眾多資訊與技術名詞中建立清楚的判斷基準。

本活動對象以一般上班族、教育工作者、行政人員，以及對 AI 應用有興趣但尚未具備技術背景者為主。 論壇內容設計避免過度專業門檻，以實際情境說明 AI 在日常工作與基礎業務流程中的可能角色，讓不同領域的參與者皆能理解 AI 與自身工作的關聯。
